Covid-19 Precautions and Policy

For the health and safety of our passengers and employees:

  • All commonly touched surfaces of the bus will be sanitized in between trips.

  • We will provide hand sanitizer and masks for passengers boarding the bus.

  • Although not required we recommend that passengers traveling from out of state

    wear a mask while riding the bus.

Cancelation Policy

  • Cancellations must be received by email 48 hours prior to departure for a full refund. Cancellations made less then 48 hours prior are non-refundable.

  • No-shows/late passengers will not be refunded.

  • Medical emergencies are exempt and refundable at any time.

  • ABC (Alaska Bus Co) reserves the right to cancel any trip or reservation for any reason we deem necessary, be it safety, weather, mechanical, etc.

  • In the rare case of an ABC (Alaska Bus Co) initiated cancelation the full passenger fare will be refunded and will be the extent of our liability. We can not be held responsible for any additional expenses incurred by our cancellation.

  • Luggage: 2 bags under 50lbs + 1 carry on item per passenger. Additional bags will be charged the parcel rate.

  • Walk on passengers are welcome although reservations are highly recommended.

  • All times are approximate and subject to change with road conditions and construction.

  • Parking- Please, no overnight parking at our bus stops.

  • We pickup/drop-off passengers along the Sterling highway however this must be arranged by phone in advance.

  • Due to the size of our vehicle we are unable to do residential drop offs/pickups.

  • Alchohol/Drugs/Smoking are not permitted on the bus. Passengers showing signs of intoxication are not permitted.

  • Alaska Bus Company has the right to refuse, alter, or cancel any reservation or route at anytime.

Please be assured that the Alaska Bus LLC. and Alaskabuscompany.com take your privacy very seriously. Any information that you share with us will be held securely, and used only to assist you in planning and booking your trip with us. We never sell, rent or share any of your information with outside parties.
